There will be a few new faces around the gym in the next couple of weeks – I just got word that our Groupon will be featured tomorrow! This was quite a process to get to this point (about 4 or 5 months I think), and it will certainly bring lots of wonderful exposure to the gym. Make sure to be nice to everyone as they will certainly be as scared as all you were when you first started! Besides, the 30-burpee rule is still in effect…

3 Rounds for time of:

5 Deadlifts (85% of your 1RM)
15 Handstand Pushups
25 Box Jumps
35 Double-Unders
