The 4th of July weekend is over. It’s back to work, school, and the daily grind that is your life. Sorry to break it to you, but you’re going to have to put down that beer and put on something besides your bathing suit. But at least you (hopefully) have some new pictures to choose from to change your desktop wallpaper to.

EDIT: I had a bit of a brain fart when writing up the workout last night, so I’ve since made it what I actually intended it to be.
