I’m on my way back to Maryland today after a week of fun, sun, and a stiff back from “Diane” at CrossFit Newport Beach! Apologies for the tardiness of today’s post – I had some serious Internet issues last night at the hotel. Pictures from the workouts during this trip (some taken by my 7 year old daughter) will be up tomorrow.
