2 Push Jerks

WOD:

33 Rounds (no, that’s not a typo) for time of:

3 Pullups
3 Box Jumps
3 Pushups
3 Wallballs

Cash-Out:

Minimum 5 minutes in the bottom of a squat (10 is better)

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

7 Goblet Squats
