DTR_7758.jpg I hope you’re ready to lift some heavy stuff. It’s brute strength day at CrossFit Montgomery County, which means that the lowly trainer will be taking crap from people all day long as he is constantly out-lifted by members. *Sigh* Well, at least I can do a bunch of pullups.
