It looks to me like “Lucky” couldn’t handle either the muscle-ups (yes, he’s holding rings – my Photoshop skills aren’t the best) or the ridiculous amount of sugar in his cereal. Either way it’s St. Patrick’s day, and I hope you have a happy one. Don’t forget to wear something green or you risk being pinched all day by those annoying people who think it’s somehow necessary to pinch people who don’t wear green on St. Patrick’s Day.
Speaking of kettlebells, those things are getting a bit dusty lately – so let’s have some kettlebell fun today with an “I Love My Kettlebell” workout.

5 Turkish Get-ups
10 Kettlebell Snatches
15 Overhead Kettlebell Squats
20 Kettlebell Swings
Do each round with the same hand (except for the swings) and then switch to the other hand for the next round.
If you don’t have double-unders yet, it’s time to get some good practice in!
