If your resolution is to increase your work capacity across broad time and modal domains, then you’re among friends. A bottom-to-bottom version of “Tabata Something Else”:

20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of “rest” repeated for 8 rounds per movement.

  • Pullups (rest periods spent hanging from bar)
  • Pushups (rest periods spent at top of pushup)
  • Situps (rest periods spent at 45 degrees)
  • Squats (rest periods spent at bottom of squat)
