DTR_2906 I believe it’s important to give people as accurate a description of CrossFit as possible. I understand that there are most likely as many versions of what CrossFit is as there are CrossFitters, but there are some things I know are the same across the board. Concepts like “WOD” or “box” for example – that’s the kind of CrossFit lingo we all instantly recognize and understand. If someone says to you, “I did Elizabeth yesterday,” your mind doesn’t go straight into the gutter (well, not anymore anyway). You know what they mean and accept it as regular CrossFit talk. Obvious as some things in CrossFit are, I also understand that sometimes people have their own interpretations of what everyone else just accepts. So just to set the record straight, this is NOT what I’m talking about if you ever hear me say I want to be a “fire-breather”.

Today’s WOD:

5 rounds for time of:

10 Power Snatches, 95 lbs
50 Double-Unders
