    Maybe you could come up with something special for Jeff since he was “disappointed” in this WOD and doesn’t think it is really worthy of someone with his unique physical attributes.

    Tell her majesty that if she can do 12 rounds of this followed by 5:35 or less for the second part, she can be disappointed in any workout she wants. Until then, she can improve upon her current level of fitness and has no right to complain about how easy the workouts seem.
