Today’s WOD:

Tabata intervals (20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest repeated 8 times) for each of the following movements:

  • Knees to Elbows
  • Wallball Shots (20/10)
  • Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
  • Burpees
  • Jeff Silver
