Wow…”Kelly” really kicked my butt yesterday.  If you read the comments after yesterday’s WOD, you’ll see that she is no longer my friend anymore.  At least not until I can do that stupid workout in a reasonable amount of time!  Good thing today is an easy workout…

Today’s WOD:


For time:
100 Squats
5 Muscle-Ups
75 Squats
10 Muscle-Ups
50 Squats
15 Muscle-Ups
25 Squats
20 Muscle-Ups

If you can’t do a muscle-up, substitute 4 pull-ups and 4 dips for each muscle-up.

    Okay Im gonna give this a shot. What workout do you recommend I start with? I was looking at the “girls” and thought some looked doible with min. equipment. What is a round when it say 5 rounds (five sets of each)? What do you think? I am your grasshopper..;)

    Hi Cheri! What…no muscle-ups to start out your CrossFit experience? 🙂 Pick one of the ‘girls’ that consists of pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, and squats, and water it down to something that is challenging but possible. Maybe try “Angie” with 25 or so of each exercise (be sure to watch the videos so you know what counts as a rep and what doesn’t). Keep in mind that this isn’t supposed to be easy!

    5 rounds means you do all the exercises in the workout, and then you do them all again, and then again, and again, and again. 3 rounds would be like what I just said, except without the last two “and again’s”. 🙂
