If you fell into a hole, would you climb halfway out? Of course not. You’d climb all the way out. That’s how to treat each movement in CrossFit: Do each movement, all the way, bottom to top, every time. When you’re tired and it hurts and you still have 25 seemingly impossible reps left, don’t make excuses or whine about the pain, just do one more rep…the right way – all the way – until you’re done. It’s certainly easier to just do the best you can and stop when you get tired. But this is CrossFit, and we hold ourselves to a higher standard.
