There’s no “wrong” way to do any of the movements in the CrossFit workouts. You don’t need to spend money on a trainer to show you how to pick an object up off the ground, or how to lift it up over your head. In terms of movement, there is no such thing as a “right” or “wrong” way to accomplish a task, there are only degrees of efficiency, safety, and efficacy. The trainer comes in when you want to be able to lift that thing more easily, more safely, and more effectively.
