July has come and gone all too quickly, in my opinion. Today I’ll be doing the the ultimate CrossFit Parents workout, “6 hours on a plane with two kids under 9,” as I escort them back to California. Danielle has the helm today, and I’ll be returning bright and early Thursday morning. Thanks to everyone for making their experiences at the gym lots of fun – they had a great time and will have plenty to talk about when they get home. So goodbye for now, my babies. Daddy and Danielle will miss you tons, and we can’t wait to see you again.

A quick reminder that there is no noon class today, and also the Thursday noon class is canceled since I will probably be barely (if at all) conscious due to the flight back.
