From showing up to brave the unknown (and unknowable?) mid-November weather at Needwood Lake Park, to braving the unknown and unknowable reception at the gym which was sure to include a WOD. Our families made several comments about how great you all are, and we proudly nodded and said, “Yeah, the people here are pretty incredible; they’re CrossFitters.”
P.S. We have about 1500 lbs. of cake and cookies left, so if anyone wants to fuel the necessity for a New Year’s Resolution I’ll be glad to help out. Please, for the love of God, take these yummy carbohydrate snacks away from here.

3, 2, 1 GO!….The clock starts. You have 20 minutes to complete Jackie as fast as you can. Don’t game it – try to PR on Jackie. The clock continues to run. In what ever time remains of the original 20 minutes do as many rounds of Cindy as you can…. Your score for the WOD is the number of rounds of Cindy you complete.
Hit the foam roller and/or lacrosse ball, and use a jump stretch band to crank your body into functional mobility goodness.
