CrossFit is hard, period. But that is exactly why people love it so much – it gives them something to accomplish each and every workout. Workouts are constantly varied, are composed of 100% functional exercises, and are executed at a high intensity. They are done in groups, are timed and scored, and they look more like a sport than exercise. When a certain workout (the “Filthy Fifty” for example) takes you an hour the first time, and then a month later you can do it in 30 minutes, suddenly you want to get stronger, better, and more efficient at whichever movement is your weakest to knock another 5 minutes off next time. People who embrace CrossFit become better than they’ve ever been faster than they ever thought possible – we work harder than ever before, we sweat more than ever before, we put themselves through more pain than ever before, and we love it.

50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders
