no images were foundEveryone keeps asking me about the Paleo Challenge, so here is some basic information for what will be happening this time around. This is by no means an exhaustive list of the details and rules, but hopefully it will be enough to keep you from asking me questions I don’t yet know the answers to and hold you over until next week when I post everything you’ll need to know about the challenge.
First of all, it will begin on Monday, January 17 to give everyone a chance to completely blow all your other New Year’s Resolutions before taking on this one. As I said before, this time will be bigger and better with a longer time frame, a larger commitment and bigger prizes at the end. In a nutshell, the buy-in will be $40, it will last for 60 days, and there will be cash prizes for at least the top male and female in 2 categories (4 cash prizes – maybe more depending on participation).
As before, one of the categories will be for participation (based on a point system tracked on a spreadsheet that you will turn in every week). The other category will be based on body composition change, as I will be breaking in the new skinfold calipers before and after the challenge to determine who’s lost the most body fat. We will be doing before and after photos again as well, but they will not be used to determine the winner.
