A CrossFit Rampant Fitness original exercise: The wallball without a wall.
Today is Walk in the Park day, and the weather is supposed to be very nice. I’ll be up at Ridge Road Recreation Park for the regular 8:30 and 10:00 workout, sweatshirt donned and coffee in hand, ready to deliver a great workout and make the cool morning air feel refreshing. If you’re reading this in the afternoon, you missed all the fun. If there’s still time to make it to a class, then get up to the park and get your CrossFit on!
