Even I’ve done it and I’m the one who MAKES the workouts. Yeah, definitely not the way to achieve elite fitness. If you really want to have better fitness, you’ll make the decision to come in *before* you look at the workout. Don’t avoid the things you’re not good at, or they’ll always be things you’re not good at.
