We’re getting into full swing for the Paleo Challenge starting next week, so make sure to bring in your $40, get your photos taken, and get yourself pinched. Also, you need to get your skinfold test done BEFORE you workout (there you go Lindsay…NOW it’s on the website!).

Let’s all take a moment of silence for all the yummy carbohydrates you’re giving up for the duration of this challenge. That way I won’t have to listen to you complain *during* the challenge. And keep in mind – you’re more than welcome to eat all the bread and whole grains you want, but as Chef says, “Abs are sexier than grains.”

It’s 60 days. Grow up and do something that’s REALLY good for yourself for a change. More on this tomorrow…
