no images were foundOccasionally I like to put new features on the website for you to play with, but it seems like they sometimes disappear in the bright shining spotlight of the daily blog post and WOD. So with that in mind, I’d like to introduce you to a couple new features I’ve installed that you may or may not already know about.
- Logs/Forum: This is a place for you to keep track of all your WOD results, whether you workout in the gym or not. You don’t have to update your books manually – you can copy and paste from the WOD posts and then record your results. It is fully searchable (which means no more hunting through pages for your most recent Back Squat PR), and you can even create a post that houses all of your benchmarks and PRs that you can update as you progress. Check it out at the far right side of the Navigation Bar just under the banner.
- CFMC – Mobile Edition: This has been up for awhile now, but I never made an official announcement about it so I thought I’d do it now. There is now a mobile version of the website available if you hit the website from your cell phone. It looks great from my iPhone, and I’ve seen it on an Android too…I haven’t seen it from any other platforms yet, so if you have a Palm, BlackBerry, or Windows Mobile phone check it out and let me know if there are any issues.
- Friday WOD: Make sure to be at the gym Friday – one of the favorite CrossFit WODs will be making a return to CFMC…
