What do you say, Mr. Burpee Backflip – are you up to the challenge? I bet you can do that in your sleep. I bet you can do a one-arm planche at the top end of a PVC pipe balanced vertically on a med ball with that chick’s kettlebell in your other hand doing a kettlebell snatch. Well maybe not, but now you have something to shoot for!
