Today is a tabata like no other (unless you do it again tomorrow). This should be fun…I’m looking forward to hearing some abuse from the peanut gallery on this one!

Today’s WOD:

Tabata “Fight Gone Bad

Tabata Intervals (20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest repeated 8 times) are applied in turn to the Wall-ball, Sumo deadlift high-pull, box jump, push press, and row with a one minute rotation break between exercises. Keep a running total of the number of reps (calories on the rower) for all eight intervals. During the one minute rotation time allowed the clock is not stopped but kept running. The score is the total of the scores from the five stations.

Wall-ball: 20 pound ball, 10 ft target. (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull: 75 pounds (Reps)
Box jump: 20″ box (Reps)
Push press: 75 pounds (Reps)
Row: calories (Calories)

Post scores (and any scaling/substitutions) to comments.
