Mon 8/3/09 – Park WOD Today!

DTR_1809 Sunday morning’s workout was a blast, as they all have been. We even got a little rain towards the end of the WOD to cool things down a little. Today’s forecast is for sunny skies, so bring water and be ready to sweat!

Today’s WOD:

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

1/4 mile run
Max set pullups

You’ll keep track of the total number of rounds, as well as the number of pullups completed in each round. As soon as your feet hit the ground after the pullups, start running again!
