Mon 8/17/09 – Fitness magazines

DTR_4404.jpg I love fitness magazines. They teach such great things to people. Like how to squat “as low as you can” (which is apparently not even low enough to sit on a toilet), and that if you want to get as big and strong as this guy, you should squat with weights the size of cheerios. Yeah…um…I’ll stick with CrossFit.

Today’s WOD In The Park:

4 rounds

  • 20 Kettlebell Swings
  • 15 Pullups
  • 10 Burpees

-THEN-

1/2 mile run

  • I highly recommend getting a proper pair of shoes before doing any olympic type lifts. They are also extremely helpful for squats and deadlifts.
