DTR_2843 If I were dropped into the middle of the ocean, chances are good I’d drown (though I’d do everything I could to survive). If I were on the third floor of a burning house, and the only way out was to jump and catch a tree limb 8 feet away from a bedroom window and them climb down to safety…no problem. If I’m pushed out of an airplane without a parachute, I’m a goner. But if the barrier between life and death has lots of large rocks in the way, you can bet I’m gonna move them. CrossFit: lower the number of things that can kill you.
