The new rule at the gym is that if I don’t regularly see you cranking your body in some strange direction, rolling around with a lacrosse ball in a VERY uncomfortable spot or tying a jump stretch band to a limb and hanging it painfully from the pullup rig, then every “observation” about something you’re not able to do because of pain will earn you 20 burpees. Seriously – it’s time to get serious about your conditioning, and you can’t be serious about your conditioning if you can’t get into the positions to do that conditioning in the first place. So yes, Jackson looks like an idiot in this photo, but in case you haven’t noticed he’s improving dramatically lately, and I’m willing to bet it’s not because of global warming or something. He’s working hard to work out the kinks in his system, and it’s working.
