  1. T-Shirts Are In: The shirts are in and they look great! If you pre-ordered a t-shirt, don’t forget to pick it up. If you want one you better hurry because the men’s L is going quickly. $25 cash or check (please make checks out to Rampant Fitness).
  2. Kettlebell Seminar: Saturday April 17 from 11:00am-2:00pm we are holding a kettlebell seminar taught by AKC Coach Marcus Taylor. It’s going to be a great time, so reserve your spot now. Details on this event can be found HERE.
  3. Zen Planner: We are in the process of implementing Zen Planner, an online tool to help manage classes, memberships and the like. Along with Zen Planner will come some changes to the admin side of CFMC – you’ll get bar codes to check in, you’ll be able to RSVP for classes, and you’ll be able to renew your memberships online. Hopefully it’ll be fully up and running this week.
  4. Dan’s butt: This is just a suggestion of course, but you may want to pay attention to where you decide to lie down after a WOD – the sidewalk chalk markings on the floor transfer to you more easily than newspaper onto Silly Putty. It makes for great photos, but please Dan – don’t make me post another picture of your butt.
