no images were foundThanksgiving is over, and we’re all looking forward to the really big holidays. You know which ones I’m talking about – the ones that make sure you can’t find a parking space within 3 miles of Target when you need to pick up some toilet paper on the way home from work; the ones with family gatherings long enough to insure that Uncle Andy annoys you 364 times (presumably because he’s been saving it up for you every day since last year); the ones that have people sweating which New Year’s Resolutions they’re going to make this year since the ones they made last year went down the toilet as soon as they learned that eliminating bad habits wasn’t as easy as changing the channel on TV.
Do something different this year – keep on coming into the gym and stay in amazing shape through the holidays. That way your New Year’s Resolution can be more along the lines of, “continue on the road to awesome,” rather than the usual, “try to suck a little less than I do now.”
