You can guarantee your success in the gym…did you know that? Despite every fitness commercial you see that ends with the disclaimer, “results not typical,” I submit that the results are 100% dependent on your desire to attain them. CrossFit is easy to get wrapped up in – it’s fun watching your times get better and your scores get higher – but you have to want to be better and constantly work toward improvement: the barbell isn’t going to lift itself!

Work hard, my friends. Come to the gym, practice the movements, and then go like your life depends on it. The results you want are guaranteed so long as you do it with that attitude.
