Now that I’ve had a nice little unscheduled vacation due to the insane amount of snow that was unceremoniously dumped on us, I’m ready to get back into the swing of things full throttle. Seriously though, it was like the clouds all got really drunk and vomited snow all over Montgomery County. This photo was taken Thursday around noon, and while we’re still waiting for most of that cloud-vomit to be cleared, there are a few places you can safely put your cars. The most important thing though is that we are back to our regular class schedule, which means that it’s time to get back on the Paleo-Zone diet and get your lazy butt up off the couch because there’s fitness to improve. Get in here and get your CrossFit on!
There are some changes coming that will make everyone better at the gym, so pay attention to the website (and to my ranting at the gym) to make sure you know what’s going on.
