DTR_7907.jpg Here you can see me demonstrating the Front Squat, one of the 9 foundations movements in CrossFit, to some unsuspecting members. That was “Elements” day about a month or so ago. Looks like all that practice teaching the elements paid off – I spent the last two days at the CrossFit Level 2 Certification course, and passed the exam today! If you’re considering taking the course, I can’t recommend it highly enough. As Pat Sherwood said on the first day of the course, “you’ll have to try pretty hard not to come out of here a better trainer.” Many thanks to Chuck Carswell, Pat Sherwood, and Adrian Bozman for all their help and insight – there’s a reason they’re teaching how to teach…
