You are never too old to get strong and fit!

Our free intro class is 45-60 minutes long, and is for everyone who is either interested in learning about CrossFit or would like to find out about life at CrossFit DTR. During the intro you will be coached through a few movements and then perform a short workout based on those movements. After the workout, we will go over everything from the basics of the CrossFit program to CrossFit DTR class descriptions and membership options.
