No matter where you are on your journey towards improved fitness – whether you are working towards placing higher at the CrossFit Games, trying to keep up with your toddler, or want to be able to get up and down the stairs without help – you can always get better.
Fitness is about more than how far you can run or how much you can lift. It’s about more than sculpting and toning, slimming down or building up. Fitness is about striving to be better today than you were yesterday. It is about the ability to perform as many different tasks as possible, even – and perhaps especially – those you have never seen.
