Another First… (Tue 10/12/10)

Holy crap – DAN got a muscle-up? Yep, he sure did. And as even another first, I was finally able to catch someone’s ACTUAL first muscle-up on video! Great job Dan – that was fantastic, and I can’t wait to see your next big accomplishment!


Using your 5RM Shoulder Press weight, do 3 rounds of the following sequence (resting between rounds):

4 Shoulder Presses
3 Push Presses
2 Push Jerks


25 Rounds (no, that’s not a typo) for time of:

4 Pullups
4 Box Jumps
4 Pushups
4 Wallballs


Minimum 5 minutes in the bottom of a squat (see Mobility WOD #1)

    I thought it was suppose to 10 consecutive minutes at the bottom of the squat?
