1. You may or may not have noticed the small stack of towels on the top of the cubbies near the bathroom. These are sweat towels, and are for you to use at your convenience. Just make sure to put the used ones in the hamper next to the cubbies before you leave.
2. In addition to the towel service, we also had a few hand sanitizers installed around the gym. Feel free to use them when you would like to avoid catching whichever “bug” happens to be going around at the time. If you have no objection to “bugs,” then please use the sanitizers to avoid spreading the several viruses and you’re probably infected with.
3. Please sign in to the attendance kiosk every time you come into the gym. We are always working to make the gym better for everyone, and signing in everyday will help us to plan for the future in order to deliver the best experience possible. Besides, beginning at the first of the year, it’s 25 burpees if you don’t sign in.
4. Near the drinking fountain are two spray bottles of diluted Simple Green and a roll of paper towels. Please be respectful and clean your abmats, blue mats, barbells, pullup bars, or anything else you leave sweat/chalk/whatever on. Please do not use the sweat towels to clean equipment…if you need a terrycloth towel to clean something, ask one of the coaches and we’ll get one you can use.
