Wrong – both frogs are still there. I didn’t say he actually jumped.
If you’ve decided to do whatever you need to in order to become better at CrossFit (i.e. work on mobility daily, do more strict pullups, keep going when you want to stop and rest, etc.), ask yourself if you’ve actually done it yet.
There is a big difference between deciding and doing. Do yourself a favor and learn what it is.
